GRAND RAPIDS GHOST HUNTERS-
This is an unorganized group in Grand Rapids michigan who investigate local paranormal locations and send their outing reports onward to Land of the Devil for hosting. I do recommend having a look at this continuing flow of material. However, it is in no relation to the Jersey Devil.

POP CULTURE-
Here is a relatively short descriptive report on the Jersey Devil in pop culture.
In the Extreme Ghostbusters episode "The Jersey Devil" the Ghostbusters run into the Jersey Devil while driving through New Jersey. The Devil is described as a "Class 3 Biopheric Spectre, a demonic lifeforce inhabiting iron ore and other minerals." The Devil was supposedly created when a demon possesed ore being smelted in a forge in Hanover, New Jersey. The Ghostbusters destroy the Devil when they use an old cannon to blast it back into the forge and smelt it back down to it's base materials.
In the American Dragon: Jake Long episode "Long Weekend", Jake is called upon to defend a community of sprites from the Jersey Devil.
The fifth episode of The X-Files centers on murders committed by the "Jersey Devil," later revealed to be feral (yet relatively harmless) human beings.
A video game titled "Jersey Devil" was released for the Playstation years ago. In the game, the Jersey Devil is a Batman-like Cartoon Superhero who was first discovered by a mad scientist's assistant during a night walk to find new creatures to experiment on. The Baby Devil escapes dissection (due to his physical appearance) and disappears into the night, only to return years later to fight the mad scientist's mutant vegetable army.
The 1998 movie The Last Broadcast centers on the brutal and mysterious murders of a public access crew that traveled into the Pine Barrens of New Jersey in search of The Jersey Devil.
There was also a small B-grade horror film, 13th Child: Legend of the Jersey Devil, filmed on location in the Pine Barrens.
There is a professional wrestler in New Hampshire-based WAW called "The Jersey Devil". He is tall and scrawny with a painted face resembling a smile and horns and wears tattered and torn clothing.
There was an episode of Cartoon Network's The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest centered around the Jersey Devil. The "creature" turns out to be a man protecting the real original Declaration of Independence, who believes the Revolutionary War is still going on.
The first single off of The Second Stage Turbine Blade by progressive rock band Coheed and Cambria is named Devil in Jersey City talking about a bunch of Jersey devils assaulting and raping a young woman. In the later released comic book of the same name, the Jersey Devils are revealed to be a motor cycle gang.
The second story arc of the Marvel comic book Marvel Knights 4 featured the Fantastic Four encountering the legends during a camping trip in the Pine Barrens, revealing the Devil to be aliens.
South Jersey Rebellion Productions published a comic book titled Jersey Devil, created by Tony DiGerolamo in the early 1990s featuring the Devil as a Crow-like anti-hero.
A relatively new rapper who has taken residence in New Jersey uses the stage name of "Nu Jersey Devil".
